First of all, I was genuinely impressed that you were able to build a text comparison app like this at all — that in itself felt remarkable.
By comparing my own article with a sample article, I was able to get an analysis of things I would never have noticed on my own, which was incredibly helpful. I actually received feedback along the lines of "Try pulling back on the personal anecdotes a little, and present the reader's benefit earlier in the piece" — and my immediate reaction was: yes, exactly!
What I really appreciated was how clean and focused the results were. With categories like Title Match, Reader View, Psych Impact, Immersion, and Narrative, it was easy to see at a glance exactly what to work on.

It's a free key from Google that lets the app run analysis. Your key, your data — nothing is stored. Includes a simple guide to help you get your Gemini API key.
What kind of writing works best?
Articles, blog posts, essays, newsletter issues. Anything 300+ words. The more substantive the text, the sharper the analysis.
Does it work in Japanese?
Yes. The tool works in both English and Japanese.
Will I get the same result every time?
Due to how LLMs work, results may vary slightly each time — even with the same input. This is not a bug. Use the analysis to understand patterns and direction, not as a fixed score.
What if I get an error?
Google's API occasionally experiences high traffic. If you see an error, wait a moment and try again. This is a Google-side issue, not a problem with your key or the app.
Is there ongoing support?
